Anthony de Jager

DIRECTOR | BCom CPA

With an accounting career that spans more than 18 years, Anthony has been with Wrights Chartered Accountants since 2006 and as a Partner of the firm since 2008.

He has solid experience in working alongside business owners to review and adapt financial strategies for growth. His passion lies in growing businesses profits. Starting by analysing a business and establishing a realistic cash flow breakeven point for the business he then works with the organisation to develop relevant strategies and KPI's to achieve growth.

His aim with any client is to be a trusted business partner and to bring a fresh perspective to the financials with a long term view of continually taking the business to the next level.

Anthony has specialist knowledge in wholesale distribution and transport industries, budget and cost control, self-managed superannuation funds. He is a SMSF Advisor and registered Self-Managed Superannuation Fund Auditor

Dan Wade

DIRECTOR | BCom CPA

Dan is a Registered Company Auditor and has practiced as an Accountant since 2005. He worked across audit, assurance and taxation. Having previously worked in local Government as a Management Accountant, he has had the unique experience on both sides of the audit process and can apply 'double-sided' thinking for the benefits of his clients.

Dan joined the team at Wrights Chartered Accountants in 2013. He prides himself on keeping up-to-date with technical expertise and incorporating that knowledge into finding solutions for his clients.

Having a first-hand experience in the workings of a business, he loves nothing more than visit clients on premise and work with them to complete their reporting obligations.

Dan specialises in internal and external audits, self-managed superannuation, income tax and management accounting.

Nichole Cupitt

CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT | BFin CA

Nichole is positive, informative and full of useful tips from years of experience in the taxation, compliance and the self-managed superannuation fund fields.

Nichole joined Wrights Chartered Accountants in 2005. During this time she has established relationships with a wide range of clients including businesses in retail, manufacturing and service industries as well as primary producers.

As a fun way to break up the day she also audits and prepares self-managed superannuation funds. This is an ever changing landscape that keeps her on her toes.

Kelly Wade

CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT | BCom CA

Kelly established a solid professional foundation early on in her career with experience in a BRW Top 100 accounting firm. Having practiced accounting since 2005, Kelly joined the team at Wrights Chartered Accountants in 2010 and is an integral member of the team.

With strong technical expertise, she has a passion for helping small business and a real flair for solving tricky problems such as making sense of tax and superannuation law. She always aims to make the complex simple and will always take the time to get to know business owners personally rather than just their numbers.



Kelly has specialist knowledge in advising small to medium business on self-managed superannuation, income tax, primary production, capital gains tax and business structures.

Matthew Shelley

ACCOUNTANT | BBus GradDip

After 20 years experience in accounting, Matthew has worked for several of the leading firms in Australia and internationally, including Commonwealth Bank, PWC (Australia's leading accounting firm) and more recently, Hall Chadwick, a national top 20 firm. Matthew joined Wrights in February 2019 and provides clients with specialist knowledge and advice on personal and business income tax, capital gains and GST advice, accounting software solutions, business structures and the sale and purchase of businesses. In Matthew's free time, he enjoys spending time with family and surfing.

Cindy Wong

CERTIFIED PRACTICING ACCOUNTANT | BCom CPA

Cindy joined the Wrights team in July 2018, with a solid background of accounting and tax. Cindy supports clients by preparing BAS, tax returns and financial statements in an efficient and organised manner. When Cindy is not at work, she is interested in watching animated shows and trying out local restaurants.

Jack Dunn

GRADUATE ACCOUNTANT | BBus

Prior to starting his Accounting career at Wrights, Jack worked at McDonalds for five and a half years. As well as holding a Bachelor of Business, he has an Advanced Diploma in Accounting, a Diploma in Accounting and a Certificate IV in Accounting.



When Jack isn't crunching the numbers he's watching sport and is interested in gaming.

Renee Spalding

ADMINISTRATION & BOOKKEEPER

Renee holds a Cert III in Financial Services (Accounts Clerical) and an Advanced Certificate in Office Administration (these days classified as Cert IV). She has been one of the Wrights team since 1994 in an administration and bookkeeping role.

Renee has always had a passion for paperwork and numbers, so much so her dad bought her an Olivetti typewriter as a little girl.

Renee now works diligently on preparing BAS and Tax Returns as well as SMSF's. She is efficient, energetic, friendly and loves to get jobs completed in an efficient and organised manner.

Amanda Haigh

RECEPTIONIST

Amanda started at Wrights in 2012. With a Certificate IV in Office Administration and Financial Skills, Amanda works as a receptionist, on general administration duties and helps with the preparation of tax returns.



Amanda loves to be the first point of contact for our clients, welcoming them to our office with her big smile. She will always do her best to provide them with a pleasant and efficient experience. Amanda has a strong work ethic, is easy to talk to and is always happy to help.

Kerry Black

RECEPTIONIST

Kerry joined Wrights in 2015 as a Receptionist. Having previously worked as a Property Manager, she holds a Cert IV in Office Management and has exceptional secretarial and customer service skills.



Kerry loves working in an office environment where she can help the Partners and other team members by completing a variety of administration duties.

Her friendly nature, eye for detail and efficiency make her a valued member of the team.
